Instructions: Use left arrow to rotate Pumpkin Kite Counter Clock Wise.
Use right arrow to rotate Pumpkin Kite Clock Wise.
Use up arrow to accelerate the Pumpkin Kite.
Use down arrow to decelerate the Pumpkin Kite.
